چکیده

Smokeless tobacco keratosis is a benign lesion characterized by the formation of white, gray, or pale macules papules with wrinkling rugae. It forms in oral mucosa response to use smokeless products. We present 50-year-old man an extensive history and development characteristic lesion. Shave biopsy showed typical changes this condition cessation was recommended.
